Shipping Policy
Delivery Times
Fincut makes every effort to ensure that your order is prepared and handed over to the courier within one (1) to three (3) working days from the day following the confirmation of your order.
The products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer within an estimated period of 10 days from the order confirmation date, excluding peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).
For countries outside of France, the average delivery time is between 5 and 12 working days.
Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors related to the delivery location. Fincut accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the courier, including in cases of product loss or strike action.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Simply click on the tracking number to follow your parcel in real time.
Product Availability
If a product is unavailable, Fincut will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund without delay—no later than 30 days after the order confirmation.
If a longer delivery time is expected, Fincut will inform you promptly, allowing you to decide whether to maintain or cancel your order (in full or in part).
Fincut shall not be held liable for delays due to unforeseeable events beyond its control, as defined in Article 15 of the Terms and Conditions.
If the delivery period is exceeded by more than 14 additional days, you may cancel your order by emailing us at contact@fincutmen.uk.
Fincut reserves the right to choose the delivery carrier and guarantees proper shipment of your order.
Important Information
If a parcel is returned to sender due to incorrect address details provided by the customer or a failure to collect it, Fincut reserves the right to charge the customer additional shipping fees to resend the package.
If the parcel is returned to sender again, it will not be re-sent, and no refund will be issued. All charges, including any additional delivery fees, will be retained by Fincut.
Delivery Destinations
Orders are shipped to mainland France, the European Union, and international destinations selected by the customer.
Delivery Checks
Fincut guarantees that the delivered products match the key features described on our website and are suitable for their intended use.
In cases of abnormal or excessive returns, Fincut reserves the right to refuse future orders from the customer.
Delivery Charges
Shipping costs are applied at the current rate at the time of order. These fees vary depending on the delivery location and chosen shipping method, which the customer accepts before finalising the purchase.
Fincut is not responsible for taxes, duties or handling fees imposed by certain countries. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be considered before placing an order.
International Orders
If a parcel arrives in the destination country and:

The customer refuses the package, or

No successful delivery attempt is made at the address provided,
Fincut reserves the right to abandon the parcel and will not issue a refund.
